Chico skillset is good one with the last two final moves with 100% accuracy when enchanted. Defenses are good. Confuse if was there would have been great in its skillset instead of its sleep move coz confuse move is a great addition for miscrits especially the dual element crits its the only move in which the dual element can get its weakness against elements negated.
