Twilly is dual element Miscrit which is found in enchanted tiki island. Stats are deadly with elite elemental attack, strong defenses and health. Probably a must have miscrit in your main team. Relics recommended are molten coin, EA +30 add the third one according to your choice. Elite elemental attack is a real bonus for twilly as it can snipe exclusives like rolox very easily.
